We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, allowing you to return most items for a full refund or exchange. To ensure your return is accepted, please follow these guidelines:
Conditions for Return
Products must be in their original, unused condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.
Items that are worn, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please visit your account page and follow the instructions to submit a return request.
After your return request is processed, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item, including a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping Fees
Domestic Returns: We will deduct a flat return shipping fee of $10 from your refund if you choose to return the item for a refund. Returns for store credit will not incur any return shipping fees.
International Returns: Customers returning items from outside the US will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any duties or taxes incurred. These charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and the amount will reflect the cost of the returned item(s), minus any applicable return shipping fees.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Typically, this can take 5-10 business days.
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or heavily discounted
Gift cards and promotional items
Personalized or custom-made products
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
If you prefer, you may opt to receive a store credit rather than a refund. Store credit is issued as a gift card that can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit does not expire and can be applied at checkout. Please note that store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
